MEG STEMMLER has honed her craft for curating events, producing live programs, and directing culinary experiences in New York, nationally, and internationally.
Before launching STEMMLER CREATIVE, Meg's portfolio included multi-media engagements, pop-up dining events, private benefits, book launches, food, art and music festivals, marketing campaigns, and a speaker series. Passionate about cultivating curiosity and creative relationships, Meg is driven to illuminate ideas through collective experiences
Meg developed, curated, launched, and produced The Brooklyn Brewery Mash, an international food, arts, beer, and culture festival presented in 12 cities each year with the mission to celebrate the "best of" each community and honor Brooklyn Brewery's longstanding tradition of championing the arts. The series included collaborative dinners with local and visiting culinary stars, panel discussions with brewery owners and entrepreneurs, music showcases, film screenings, book events, comedy performances, picnic-style feasts at local farms, food truck competitions, and public art installations.
For 6 years, Meg produced LIVE from the NYPL at The New York Public Library featuring conversations with guests including Wes Anderson, Oliver Sacks, Mira Nair, Keith Richards, Lou Reed, Samantha Power, Ira Glass, Anthony Bourdain, Louis C.K., Patti Smith, Bill Clinton, Charlie Rose, Ferran Adrià, Arianna Huffington, David Chang, Jay Z, Grant Achatz, Maira Kalman, David Remnick, Rene Redzepi, Krista Tippett, Mario Batali, Nico Muhly, Werner Herzog, Zadie Smith and hundreds of others.
Growing up in NJ in a large family with a catering business, Meg has always felt at home bringing people together. Taking care of clients comes as naturally as hosting guests at her own table.
